Payroll Specialist Join a purpose-driven team and take ownership of an end-to-end payroll function—partnering with an external provider to deliver accurate, compliant and on-time pay for a multi-site workforce. You’ll be the go-to person for payroll support, reporting and system improvements across HR and rostering platforms. What you’ll do: payroll inputs end-to-end (timesheets, allowances, leave, starters/movers/leavers) and submit to the external payroll provider. reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies before finalisation. People & Culture and operational leaders to meet cut-offs and strengthen time/attendance compliance. payroll enquiries with clear, timely guidance for employees and managers. payroll records, leave balances and accruals. apply the SCHADS Award, Fair Work requirements and relevant enterprise agreements. compliance/management reporting and support audits, budgets and analysis.
