Overview and Responsibilities: This position is tasked with ensuring exactness and timely payroll processing for employees within a large company, multi-state, union environment. This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of internal processes, compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations as well as company policies, and the ability to oversee complex issues. The successful candidate will also have basic knowledge of payroll accounting, wage and hour laws, and SOX compliance.
