Job Description Summary The Sr Manager for LOCA and Containment Analysis (LCA) will work within the Fuels and Digital Engineering team of Global Nuclear Fuel – Americas (GNF). The LCA team is responsible for engineers performing Design Basis Accident (DBA) analyses (ECCS LOCA for fuel integrity, containment loads and system response), reactor internal loads (DP, acoustic load, fuel assembly hydraulic force), annulus pressurization loads, HELB, among other events. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: - The manager of LOCA and Containment team will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives - Support the development of technical talent and depth within the team - Provide leadership, resources and training needed to assure high quality deliverables in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures and regulatory agency guidelines - Support the development, maintenance and control of the licensing and design bases and improvement of analysis processes (including procedures) - Interface with project management and direct resources to execute to defined project work schedules and priorities - Monitor and enforce compliance with p...
