Summary of Role: The Supply Chain Manager at Chip City Cookies is the backbone of our commissary kitchen operations — ensuring our bakers always have what they need to produce the freshest, most consistent cookies at scale. This role owns end-to-end procurement of ingredients, packaging, and supplies while managing vendor relationships, controlling inventory, and driving cost efficiencies across our supply network. The Supply Chain Manager works closely with our kitchen, operations, and finance teams to keep production flowing and our quality standards uncompromised. Primary Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and inventory across all spend categories — from food & beverage and packaging to uniforms, branded merchandise, operating supplies, and janitorial and linen. - Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and distributors across all product categories; negotiate pricing, lead times, and contract terms. - Monitor inventory levels, set reorder points, and conduct regular cycle counts to minimize waste and prevent stockouts. - Forecast demand in partnership with operations and production teams based on seasonal trends, promotions, and new menu de...
