$15.00 - $19.17 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all cake products in the Bakery. This person will be mixing, baking, assembling and decorating cakes, receiving and storing product, and providing exceptional customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures - Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the Bakery provides - Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the Bakery - Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items - Ensures the Bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance - Delivers excellent customer service to all customers - Follows production sheets to ensure appropriate inventory levels of Harmons’ cakes - Mixes, bakes, assembles, and decorates cakes for sale and to keep as back-stock, quickly and efficiently - Decorates cakes for sale and for custom orders - Make frosting to be used for cake decorating - Communicates openly and frequently with Store Director and Bak...
