OVERVIEW: As a member of the Budget, Contracts and Payments (BCP) team, the Manager of Clinical Trials Budgets & Contracts is responsible for oversight of clinical agreements, budgets, payment follow up and corresponding processes. The Manager of Budgets & Contracts oversees the execution of high‐quality clinical agreements and budgets in a timely manner that balances the needs of all parties while maintaining internal and external relationships. This role is responsible for a team of Budget & Contract Managers and Analysts, who will report directly into them. This individual will work closely with clinical study leads, legal, accounts payable, finance, other cross-functional partners, clinical site personnel and external stakeholders to lead improvement initiatives, manage vendor relationships, contract execution, and site budgets, and ensure site payment reconciliations.
