Are you search-obsessed, analytical, strategic yet focused on execution and passionate about eCommerce? Brady is seeking an all-star Senior SEO Specialist to join our innovative digital team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has had hands-on experience growing traffic from organic search through on-page and off-page strategies, and is a master of the long-tail. Qualifications: - Create a robust search engine optimization strategy for Brady’s North America websites - specifically Seton and Emedco, including a roadmap of initiatives to drive growth. - Lead keyword research and maintain targets with up-to-date volumes and competition. - Optimize on-page SEO: landing page ideation, keyword gap analysis to take advantage of whitespace opportunity, metadata optimization and redirects. - Optimize Organic shopping experience for high value searches via Merchant Center, product schema and other SEO tactics. - Work with technology teams to optimize site infrastructure for crawlers including schema markup, javascript crawlability and site speed. - Collaborate with cross-functional business partners (Site Merchandising, Engineering, UX, Design and Product) to implement SEO best...
