Job DetailsJob Location: PHX Office - Mesa, AZ 85210Job Title: Rental Agent Location: Reports To: Hub Manager Department: FLSA Status: Non-exempt Job Code: Supervises Others: No SUMMARY: The Rental Agent will be responsible for direct customer contact at the rental counter completing rental contract transactions, vehicle demonstrations, incoming calls from the general public, assisting walk-ins, and performing office and clerical duties. Primary responsibilities are to provide world-class customer service, aggressively pursue reservation bookings, and cross-sell appropriate add-ons to optimize the travelers vacation experience. Research rental rates and locations and sell travel packages that best suit the customer. The scope of this job is to provide the customers with a clean, operational motorhome and thus a pleasant rental introduction to Cruise America. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Greet and assist customers. Check RVs on the Departure line for cleanliness, tires, safety issues, fluids and proper supplies.
