Quality Control Technician (CMM Experience Required)

Qualifications: - Minimum High School Diploma - 3+ Years Experience in CMM programming - Degree in Technical discipline or equivalent. Preferred Qualification: - 3+ years Injection Molding - Zeiss/Calypso Experience - Knowledge and experience with coding software such as java/python. - Injection Molding Experience Skills: - Program CMM Machine to measure high precision parts (Metric/Micron level). - Visually Inspect all parts to prevent defects from moving from department to department or escaping to the Customer. - Ensure each job is performed in compliance with the latest drawing. - Visually inspect and generate reports for all plastic parts after FOT (first out of tool) - Measure and visually inspect all manufactured components. - Verify compliance to dimensional, visual, and functional requirements using appropriate measurement equipment. - Maintain traceability and proper documentation of all inspection results. - Provide printed, in-process test results to be provided as in-process documentation that parts are good as they are passed between departments. - Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications. - Ensure compliance with cu...
