Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English Proven track record of work in securities or funds services’ industry Minimum 5 years’ experience on managerial position ( managing people managers would be an asset ) in teams across different processes Proven experience in managing processes dependent on other locations deliverables Proven experience in planning, initiating and following through changes to meet objectives Transfer Agent knowledge will be an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Accountability and client focused mindset with capability to work effectively in dynamic environment and to demonstrate initiative Responsibilities: Delivering excellence for core TA processes by participation in strategic TA initiatives, set objectives and defined vision to ensure level of service is in line with SLA and Client expectations Ensure and control the quality of the delivered processes to be in line with compliance guidelines and regulations in order to provide beneficent the highest level of service according to SLA Ensure the work of the department adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements as well as local guidelines to be in line with compliance st...
