Position Summary: We are seeking a high-impact strategic operations senior manager to partner closely with the Site Lead for CVS Ireland’s R&D organisation . This is a hybrid role combining strategic operations, R&D enablement, executive-level coordination, communications, and culture leadership . The role exists to ensure the site operates with clarity, pace, and cohesion - freeing the Site Lead to focus on strategy, growth, and external engagement while ensuring nothing important drops.
