Role & Responsibilities: The Global L&KM Solution Manager typically reports to the Academy Lead and works closely with business and academy stakeholders across sectors. Depending on the assigned scope, the role interacts with and advises senior strategic stakeholders on complex learning and knowledge solutions. The L&KM Architect operates in a highly complex environment, requiring advanced problem‑solving capabilities and the application of extensive expertise across broad and diverse target groups. The role has a strong impact on long‑term strategic goals and is recognized as an authority within its discipline.
