Downer is seeking an experienced Manager based in Mackay to lead the operational, financial and people management functions within our spray seal and asphalt division. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of works while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee depot operations, resource planning, compliance, and financial performance, while playing a key role in strategy, continuous improvement, and business growth.
