Job description

SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Risk Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational risk across the organization. This role collaborates with Finance, Operations, HR and IT, ensuring strong internal controls, standardized processes, and data-driven risk mitigation strategies across all locations and formats. The ideal candidate is both strategically minded and hands-on, with deep experience in retail operational processes, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
