Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. - Experience in a customer-facing role, running engagements with clients (e.g., consulting, project management, sales, implementation or technical sales). - Experience with information technology and computer systems that support enterprise goals, including cloud, data, and AI technologies. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or MBA. - 10 years of experience as an executive. - Experience operating in a global role or on a global scale. - Experience in digital transformation either at an FSI company or serving/selling to FSI companies (e.g., consulting, technical services). - Established, actionable, relevant executive/C-suite relationships and excellent reputation within the communications industry/ecosystem.
