SUMMARY: Provides excellent customer service and assistance to consumers and corporate clients. Will be in a call center environment assisting customers and clients regarding the establishment and maintenance of payroll deduction accounts and working as a team with other WesPay employees. Performs file maintenance as required through the Allotment Processing System. Compiles, separates and distributes end of month reports and payments to clients. Images documentation daily.
