JOB SUMMARY: Provides technical support on IT applications & hardware, day-to-day maintenance of LAN, WAN, data networks and voice communications. Perform any other duties as required by supervisor. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: § Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent (Preferred) Minimum Work Experience: § Previous 2-5 Years (Preferred) Required Skills: § Strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. § Good written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills. § Ability to conduct research into enterprise systems issues and products as required. § Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. § Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. § Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. § Strong customer service orientation. § Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
