Position: Health and Wellbeing Coach Wage: $17.13 to $19.19 per hour (Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, with most new hires starting between the minimum and midpoint of the posted wage range) Hours: Part-Time, Up to 25 hours per week Location: Gordon Family YMCA, Sumner, WA As a Health and Wellbeing Coach, you will be expected to serve and build relationships by connecting with members who struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You will guide and direct all fitness enthusiasts, regardless of fitness level, through YMCA programs. If hired, you will be expected to treat every participant fairly and equally regardless of circumstances and abilities, making each feel good about themselves while creating an encouraging and fun environment.
