Sr. Associate, Project Manager- Brand Finance This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the Capital One Brand Finance team as a Sr. Associate, Project Manager, serving as an internal subject matter expert responsible for managing the end-to-end budget process for Brand marketing budgets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization, love to work with numbers, and an ability to pull together a large group of key internal stakeholders and external agency partners to plan, track, and report on national marketing investments. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Project Management: Create and maintain budget tracking spreadsheets Develop methodologies and processes that provide transparency of costs Identify ways to improve and streamline business process Drive financial management projects based on defined priorities, ensure scope of deliverables, identify risks and issues and mitigate or escalate as needed Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership Financial Analysis: Gather inputs from people and agency reports to create monthly financial forecasts Reconcile actual spend each month, perform variance analysis, and provide com...
