Job description

V2X Aerospace Solutions is seeking an electrical engineer to support manufacturing and repair of Defense electrical systems. The candidate must be able to develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity and guide the successful completion of major electrical/mechanical subassemblies and final build and/or repair. The candidate should also be able to support multiple projects in a highly collaborative team environment. NOTE: This position is on-site daily. Job responsibilities include: - Answer technical questions from suppliers of mechanical and electronic components. - Answer technical questions from technicians on the floor who are repairing electronic components and assemblies. Help them to troubleshoot and repair items when necessary, utilizing a variety of Analog, Digital and RF instrumentation, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, frequency counter, network analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer and power meter. - Work with test engineers to identify and fix problems with test equipment and ensure test requirements are addressed appropriately. - Work with design engineers to address parts obsolescence, identifying...
