Night - 08 Hour (United States of America) This is a Stanford Health Care job. A Brief Overview: The Lead Operating Room Assistant (ORA) is responsible for organizing and supervising the daily work activities of the orderlies (day or evening), assuring that the daily tasks of the ORA's are completed thoroughly and accurately. Other duties include: orientation and mentoring of staff, problem-solving equipment issues, providing feedback for employee evaluations and budget and assisting in the Quality Improvement Process.
