Summary: This position is responsible for residential mortgage loan closing document preparation and coordination with National Title Companies or escrow agents to closing the Bank’s loan with the customer. This position is also responsible for the funding, balancing, and booking of the loan and delivery to the investor Principal Accountabilities: - Prepare initial input and validation of all loan fees on Closing Disclosure for delivery to Client with goal to be delivery 7 days prior to estimated closing date - Work closely with Closer and title companies to ensure closings are efficient and on-time - Verbally verify wiring instructions prior to day of disbursement in preparation for wiring funds to title companies - Validate wires to the title companies for disbursement of the loans while monitoring wire dashboard to ensure bot runs accordingly. - Ensure title companies adhere to closing policies and procedures by reviewing documents after closing and communicating with title companies on follow up requirements needed - Assist and back up with appraisal requests, monitoring and delivering as needed - To assist other department and fellow team members with their workloads to ensure...
