Job Description Montgomery College has an immediate need for a Full- Associate Senior Vice President for Student Success and Strategic Initiatives. The work schedule is Monday -Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm., with occasional evening and weekend hours, depending on the needs of the unit. This is an Exempt, non-bargaining grade 39 position. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Student Affairs, the Associate Senior Vice President for Student Success and Strategic Initiatives provides executive leadership for institutional strategies designed to advance access, persistence, student completion, and post-completion success. The position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating high-impact student success initiatives aligned with Montgomery College’s Transformational Aspirations and Strategic Plan. Working in close collaboration with leadership across the College, the Associate Senior Vice President ensures alignment with institutional priorities, data-informed decision-making, and equitable student outcomes.
