Company Description Available NOC schedules: 11pm-7am: Part time, Friday & Saturday - NOC Caregiver, $22-$23.50 Job Description: - Provide resident assistance with activities of daily living; encouraging and promoting residents’ self care to the extent possible. - Provides a setting that is clean, safe and comfortable. - Perform daily housekeeping laundering tasks for residents. - Set up for meals and clean up after. - Customizing supportive services that are tailored to the specific needs and preferences of residents and their families. - Delivering services and monitoring resident needs according to the resident’s service plan including; personal care, monitoring health needs and assisting residents with medications (as delegated by the LPN/LVN) per state regulations. - Conducting or assisting residents in their programming activities. - Ensure high quality of resident care and recommend ways to improve quality. - Participate in in-service education as needed. - Participate in team meetings. - Maintain a positive working environment and encourage teamwork. - Ensure that residents’ ancillary supplies are properly charged to the residents. - Complete end of shift reports - Maintain...
