The Opportunity: We are now seeking experienced Sprayer Drivers to join our Spray Seal team in Karratha and across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions. As a well-established business with a strong team culture, we are looking for operators who are motivated, detail-driven, and confident working in fast-paced environments. The role is available on either a residential basis in Karratha or FIFO from Perth, on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off or 4 weeks on / 1 week off roster. Other locations may be considered for the right candidate. The Requirements: - Current HR Driver’s License (valid in WA) - Valid Blue/White Card (WA compliant) - Demonstrated experience operating spray seal plant, particularly bitumen sprayers (highly regarded) - Experience operating heavy mobile plant (e.g. front end loader, rollers, pavers, skid steer) - Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational standards - Ability to pass...
