Vestas Technology & Operations > Manufacturing > PE/TS Stettin The Training Department in Bonding is responsible for creating and managing process-specific training materials, including videos and other documentation. The team owns the training roadmap, covering key PFMEA elements, and supports the implementation of training at specific sites as needed. The Training team consists of 1–2 engineers and is part of the larger Lay-up Department of 10–16 highly skilled engineers. The department is organized into five teams: Process, Tooling, Documentation, Operational Support, and Training.
