Position Summary The GRIT program is seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide leadership and support within our recovery services team. You will guide the Recovery Specialist team, support residents in their recovery, oversee daily operations, and ensure a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. Acting as a liaison between staff and leadership, you will model wellness, promote recovery principles, and help maintain program standards while making a meaningful impact on both residents and the team. Pay Rate: $21 an hour: Open Shift: Monday through Friday 10am-6pm (40hrs) Key Responsibilities: - Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to RS staff; monitor performance and provide feedback to the Supervisor and Program Director. - Monitor completion and quality of daily Service Notes and RS tasks, including resident financials and program sharps, ensuring compliance and accuracy. - Assist the Supervisor with scheduling, staff coverage coordination, supervision meetings, and co-facilitating mandatory monthly RS meetings. - Participate in the admissions process by leading engagement and orientation for new residents. - Support residents through crisis de-escalation, inc...
