CCR is looking for a Sales Representative – Refrigeration Equipment to support our continued growth and drive sales development across Poland . In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and deliver tailored refrigeration solutions to customers across multiple sectors. Responsibilities: - Develop sales of refrigeration equipment across retail chains, HoReCa, refrigeration production and warehousing, installers, integrators, and dealer partners - Identify customer needs and recommend tailored technical solutions - Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients throughout Poland - Conduct customer meetings, trade negotiations, and commercial presentations - Prepare offers, contracts, sales analyses, and business proposals - Work closely with the Solutions Department to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support business growth - Maintain accurate sales documentation and regular reporting in line with company procedu...
