TRIA is looking to hire a Sports Performance Coach to join our TRIA GameFace team! Position Summary: In partnership with the Director of Sports Performance Coaching and the Senior Sports Performance Coach, the Sports Performance Coach is responsible for their assigned performance coaching function and will collaborate in the implementation of the multidiscipline strategy for TRIA Sports Performance. Will adhere to the cohesive integration of the Sports Performance Coaches with the other disciplines within the facility and across the greater TRIA Sports Medicine initiatives. Will coach in support of Park Nicollet / TRIA’s mission, vision and values. The Sports Performance Coach will provide direct client coaching in their area of expertise in accordance with determined departmental business need and will assist the Director of Sports Performance Coaching as needed in the development and implementation of evidence-based, results driven Sports Performance Coaching program content and curriculum.
