Job Title Customer Logistics Transport Specialist Job Description: The Customer Logistics Transport Specialist – Road Transport is responsible for ensuring reliable, cost‑effective, and compliant road transportation to customers across Western and Eastern Europe. The role focuses on managing carrier performance in line with contractual agreements and proactively resolving transport‑related issues to safeguard customer service levels. The specialist monitors and maintains transport service performance through close coordination with carriers, 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders, and drives timely escalations when required. The role also contributes to the development and execution of transportation strategies aligned with business objectives. The role supports continuous improvement, cost and risk control by tracking transport deviations, surcharges, and operational bottlenecks, while ensuring accurate execution and data consistency throughout systems.
