You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day! This is a part-time, branch-based role and the hours are 10am – 3pm Monday to Friday. This role may require you to cover planned and unplanned leave across other Westpac Group branches in the area, so the ability to travel and the flexibility to do so is essential.
