About the role Capability Clinical Services provides professional,: client centred, trauma informed and compassionate support for children, young people, and adults. Clinical Services offers face to face and telehealth counselling and psychological interventions, assessments and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Reporting to the Lead Practitioner Therapeutic Residential Care and working within the Capability Clinical Governance Framework, the Team Leader Therapeutic Residential Care provides senior clinical leadership within therapeutic residential care placements. The role leads and supports therapeutic specialists working in residential care, oversees therapeutic quality and clinical decision-making, and contributes to the management of complex and high-risk presentations. The Team Leader bridges clinical and operational practice, ensuring therapeutic guidance is translated into daily care and support for children and young people. Working in close partnership with the Operations Manager, the role ensures trauma-informed, therapeutically aligned care is consistently embedded across residential environments.
