The Opportunity: Avantor is seeking an Operator at our Nusil site. This role will be a full-time position based in Bakersfield, CA. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a diverse team in a phenomenal environment. NuSil is involved in healthcare, aerospace, and biotech industries. What we’re looking for: Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in packaging or distribution. Certification(s): None required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a chemical plant. Understanding/familiarity with cGMP and RCRA training. How you will thrive and create an impact Maintain equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Comply with company standards and OSHA requirements. Ensure the lines are set up and running according to the production schedule and work orders.
