About the Role: This position will provide Tier 1 desktop and helpdesk support, assist with day-to-day IT operations, and help ensure our employees have the tools and technology they need to succeed by troubleshooting problem areas (in person or virtually) in a timely and accurate fashion, providing end-user assistance as needed, and completing other duties as assigned.
