Description Role Highlights: - Location : Indio, CA onsite. - Compensation : $75,000 – $82,000 annually as a BHC I, with eligibility for compensation increases and promotion opportunities upon licensure. - Schedule & Shift Differential : Schedule & Shift Differential: We are hiring across several schedule options, including 12-hour shifts designed around a 3-on / 4-off schedule, providing strong work-life balance. - Night differential : 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM - $4/hour - Weekend differential : Saturday & Sunday - $3/hour - Spanish differential : $2/hour OUR MISSION: Wellness Equity Alliance is a national multidisciplinary health organization that designs and delivers integrated, community-based care for populations most impacted by health inequities.
