The role requires substantial technical judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of process improvement initiatives. This role works closely with the Director, Tax Accounting. Job Description: Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead the quarterly and annual consolidated income tax accounting under ASC 740 including current and deferred taxes, uncertain tax positions and effective tax rate as well as SOX documentation and compliance Review and oversight of detailed income tax provision workpapers Responsible for the integration of acquired business units/groups into the consolidated income tax provision as well as gaining an understanding of the key tax adjustments and risks Working with tax planning on the income tax accounting impact...
