ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to work out of our Indianapolis office. The FP&A Leader, reporting to the CFO, supports the financial planning & reporting functions within the company. The primary responsibilities include managing and reporting KPIs, providing financial reporting that drives budgeting & forecasting, and M&A modeling. The FP&A manager will also assist with ERP integration, the annual financial statement audit, and work cross functionally throughout the organization as needed.
