Overview About the Role: Develops and manages complex projects. Oversees the planning, development, implementation and support of hospital information systems. Supervises analyst/project staff. Develops testing strategies according to system build and downstream system requirements. Oversees and assists the hospital with the development of a training plan. Ensures that systems are implemented and functioning under the guidance of acceptable University policies and procedures and meet all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: - Develops and manages complex projects. - Recommends resource planning and support needs to ensure successful project implementation. - Oversees the design and development of application programs from analysis to implementation and assists with these duties as needed. - Coordinates the installation of software and/or hardware. Works in concert with other HST/IS&T Departments pertaining to the planning and implementation of systems to ensure that HST/IS&T standards are met. - Interacts with end users, vendors and other related participants to ensure proper testing, implementation and utilization of systems. - Provides input to the formulati...
