Overview This position is responsible for defining strategy and executing sales, marketing, and business development activities for Harley Marine Services and all subsidiary companies. Responsibilities: - Builds, manages and maintains a vetted sales pipeline to support stated growth goals - Reviews all opportunities for strategy and qualification - Serves as leader for each sales opportunity as necessary - Works with various departments to develop and execute on opportunities - Drives organizational usage of SalesForce CRM software - Develops and utilizes costing models for each sales opportunity as necessary - Compiles information and data related to client and prospect interactions - Define and coordinate sales training programs guided by analytics and monitoring to enable team members to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives - Assists in setting the sales strategies for training and development for the broader sale team - Lends support to building performance teams, providing coaching, development and mentoring to Sales and Marketing Team members as directed or assigned. - Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership - Drives safe...
