Key responsibilities include: - Lead, mentor, and develop frontline team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and performance‑driven culture - Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service - Under the direction of the Gas Bar Manager, the Supervisor will assist with talent management processes for their respective team members - Ensure compliance with fuel handling regulations, hazardous goods requirements, and safety and health legislation - Manage inventory for fuel, convenience store products, supplies, and propane exchange—ensuring accuracy, availability, and asset protection Who you are: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of fuel handling regulations, workplace safety, and operational best practices Ability to work independently or as part of a Team Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Proven effective communication skills; both verbal and written Experience in a Co-op retail environment preferred If you are interested in this position, please visit www.heritageco-op.crs and click on Careers- Join Our Team!
