Job description

There is flexibility on location within the US but ask that you are within one hour of a major airport. Reporting to a Vice President & General Manager, you will be responsible for profitably growing Conagra’s existing business in existing markets across more than 50 brands in 60+ countries. You will identify growth opportunities, design and execute commercial strategies, and lead cross‑functional teams to accelerate performance in established Global Market geographies. You will oversee full P&L management, drive organizational alignment, strengthen global partnerships, and execute multiyear growth plans that support sustainable long‑term value creation. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: Deliver sustained profitable growth of existing business in existing markets. Define and map growth opportunities, and develop and execute commercial plans tailored to diverse global markets. Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment to vision, strategies, and P&L deliverables. Oversee P&L stewardship including Trade, A&P, SG&A, and resourcing decisions.
