This role ensures our customer data is clean, reliable, and actionable while designing and maintaining automated customer journeys that support marketing, sales, and operational initiatives. This position combines data quality ownership, SQL-based analysis, lifecycle automation, and AI-assisted productivity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable building logic-driven workflows that scale.
