Posting Expires: 4/17/26 Salary Range: $63,401.31- $84,640.75: General Description and Classification Standards: The Procurement Compliance Manager for the Department of Procurement will oversee, manage, and enforce procurement compliance on all sourcing activity, regardless of the sourcing method used, in accordance with the City of Atlanta Procurement and Real Estate Code, departmental policies and standard operating procedures, all applicable state, and federal procurement regulations. The Procurement Compliance Manager ensures that procurement activities, documentation, and processes adhere to established standards of transparency, fairness, accountability, and audit readiness. Responsibilities include previewing procurement files for accuracy and completeness before release, as well as conducting internal audits to ensure external audit-readiness; developing and enhancing internal procedures to ensure continued compliance of all sourcing activity, regardless of sourcing method utilized; supervising compliance staff consisting of individuals that manage and support procurement record-keeping, Open Records coordination and response, and development of sourcing templates and rela...
