The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world. About the Role: Tokenization of real-world assets is one of the most significant structural shifts happening in financial markets — and Monad is positioned to be the home for it. As Tokenization Lead, you will own the end-to-end effort to build a thriving RWA ecosystem on Monad: sourcing and onboarding asset issuers, unlocking on-chain utility, and ensuring tokenized assets reach investors and end users at scale. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role. You will manage the full workflow — from identifying and closing asset issuers, to coordinating with DeFi protocols and risk curators to make those assets useful on-chain, to working with distribution partners to put them in front of the right investors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across BD, DeFi, and ecosystem partnerships, and report into senior leadership overseeing Monad's financial institutions effort.
