A DAY IN THE LIFE: In this role, you will provide client services and operational leadership within the branch and are accountable for growing market share through customer and employee satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will coach, motivate, and provide ongoing training in referrals, bank products, the client experience, and customer excellence to all branch employees. In addition, the Relationship Manager is responsible for staffing, management, coaching and motivating the staff and handles complex service issues, ensures that security, audit and compliance procedures are followed as outlined in bank policy.
