Your Contribution: - As Legal Counsel (M&A), you will be responsible for the legal structuring and execution of national and international corporate transactions (M&A), the establishment of joint ventures, venture capital deals, group financing projects, and internal corporate reorganizations - This includes comprehensive legal advice, including analyses and coordination activities - In addition, you will independently draft and negotiate transaction documents, provide post‑M&A advice, and legally support the post‑merger integration - You will also act independently as an in‑house expert for all matters related to corporate, contract, and commercial law - You will contribute independently to interdisciplinary projects and work closely with the specialist departments, project management, and the company’s executive management Your Experience and Qualifications: #TeamMAHLE is diverse and we see that as a great advantage!
