We are constantly looking for ways to optimize the Travel & Expense customer experience, which means our environment is beautifully dynamic, ever-evolving, and anything but traditional corporate. To keep our global team informed, valued, and empowered, we need a creative engine. The Internal Content & Communications Manager sits within our GO&S Centre of Excellence. Please note: This is a highly creative Individual Contributor (IC) role. You will manage projects, channels, and fast-paced campaigns, rather than managing a team of direct reports. You will take high-level guidelines and strategies from leadership and rapidly transform them into engaging, bespoke content. Whether the topic is a new product, an industry shift, or a complex operational update, your goal is to cut through the noise and connect our diverse audience to the message using innovative formats, storytelling, and tech-forward channels.
