What You’ll Be Doing: Working Pattern: 9:00pm - 8:00am Shifts Available | As and When Required Based On Business Needs Job ID: 5612 - Providing friendly and efficient bar service between 9:00pm–12:00am. - Closing and securing the bar, including cash procedures and stock checks. - Completing light cleaning tasks across public areas to maintain presentation standards. - Acting as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night. - Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests or minor issues. - Carrying out regular safety and security checks across the premises. - Monitoring building access and ensuring all areas are secured overnight. - Recording incidents or maintenance needs and preparing clear handover notes.
