Your Contribution As Area Sales Manager Aftermarket Nordics (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for the independent management, development and strategic growth of our customer base within the Nordics region (with particular focus on Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway). You will operate autonomously in a field sales role, working from your home base in one of the Nordic countries. - Full responsibility for achieving revenue and profit targets, including the implementation and execution of pricing strategies - Conducting consultative sales and negotiation meetings at decision‑maker level - Performing market and competitive analyses and deriving appropriate actions in close cooperation with central functions - Representing MAHLE at trade fairs, conferences and other industry‑relevant events - Planning, organizing and executing local marketing activities, product trainings and customer events - Conducting potential, pricing and product analyses - Close alignment of customer requirements with Sales Support and central teams (e.g. Product Management, Pricing, Marketing) - Independent planning, preparation and execution of annual reviews, acquisition meetings, contract negotiations and pr...
