Classification Title: Clinical Programs Coordinator I Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in in an appropriate; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: Assists in managing one or more clients in PrEP education, enrollment, and follow-ups, whether in-person at the clinic, on the mobile testing unit, at their homes, via telephone or virtual encounters. Maintains an active caseload providing interventions as needed and within area of expertise and limits of credentials. Works with the client on a regular basis using professional judgment and discretion to address barriers to clients’ enrollment and adherence to PrEP. Supports clients in navigating the clinic system and community resources. Collects, enters and stores clients’ hard copy data and any related personal and health protected information into designated and secure lockboxes, or cabinets based on guidelines.
